Overview

The Insights page allows you to conduct AI-powered research across all the documents and videos in your Knowledge Base. Ask questions in natural language and receive comprehensive, citation-backed answers.

Research Depth Options

Choose how thoroughly the AI analyzes your content:

Conducting Research

1. Ensure you have content in your Knowledge Base
2. Click Insights in the sidebar
3. In the search box, type your research question. Examples:
   • "What are our top customer complaints?"
   • "Summarize the Q3 financial performance"
   • "What processes are covered in the training videos?"
4. Select your preferred research depth (Quick, Standard, or Deep)
5. Click Research
6. Review the AI-generated summary

Understanding Results

Research results include several components:

• Confidence Score — How certain the AI is about its findings (displayed as a percentage)
• Key Findings — Main takeaways from your query
• Sections — Detailed breakdown with citations
• Sources — Documents and videos referenced
• Follow-up Questions — Suggested queries for deeper exploration

Tips for Better Results

Ask Specific Questions

Instead of broad queries, be specific about what you're looking for:

• Instead of: "Tell me about sales"
• Try: "What were our top 5 selling products in Q3 2024?"

Reference Time Periods

If your documents contain dated information, specify the time period:

• "Compare sales performance between Q2 and Q3"
• "What changes were made in the 2024 policy update?"

Use Follow-up Questions

The suggested follow-up questions can help you explore topics more deeply without starting from scratch.

Working with Sources

Each finding is linked to its source document or video. Click on any source to:

• View the original document
• See the exact section that was referenced
• Verify the AI's interpretation
