First-Time Setup
Complete the onboarding process to customize your Cloud Platform experience.
Logging In
- Navigate to your organization's Cloud Platform URL
- Enter your email address and password
- Alternatively, click Sign in with Google or Sign in with Microsoft for SSO authentication
- If this is your first login, you'll be guided through the onboarding process
The 4-Phase Onboarding Process
When you log in for the first time, you'll complete a 4-phase onboarding process to customize your experience.
Phase 1: Select Your Interests
Choose the areas most relevant to your work. This determines which features appear in your navigation:

| Dashboarding | Intelligence page with metrics, charts, and analytics |
| Task Execution | Automations page and Activity Log for running AI tasks |
| Research | Insights page for AI-powered deep research |
| Communications | Outreach (calls) and Campaigns (emails) pages |
| Integrations | Connect page for external service connections |
| Team Management | Calendar for scheduling and coordination |
Note: You can change your interests anytime in Settings.
Phase 2: Join or Create a Workspace
Workspaces organize your team's data and collaboration. You have three options:
Option A: Create a New Workspace
- Click "Create Workspace"
- Enter a workspace name
- You become the workspace owner
Option B: Join an Existing Workspace
- Click "Join Workspace"
- Enter the workspace key provided by your team
- You'll be added as a member
Option C: Request Access
- Browse available organization workspaces
- Click "Request Access" on the desired workspace
- Wait for an admin to approve your request
Phase 3: Choose Your Home Page Theme
Select how your Command Center (home page) appears:
- Dashboarding Theme — Metrics-focused layout with charts, KPIs, and data visualizations
- Task Execution Theme — Action-focused layout with quick tasks, activity feed, and automation shortcuts
Phase 4: Access Your Dashboard
You're ready to use the platform! Your personalized dashboard appears based on your selections.
