Create and manage email marketing campaigns with engagement tracking.

Overview

The Campaigns page allows you to create, manage, and track email marketing campaigns. Connect your email accounts, build campaigns, and monitor engagement in real-time.

Dashboard Metrics

Metric Description
Emails Sent Total number of emails sent
Open Rate Percentage of recipients who opened your email
Click Rate Percentage of recipients who clicked a link
Reply Rate Percentage of recipients who replied

Connecting Email Accounts

Before sending campaigns, connect your email account:

  1. Click the Email Accounts tab
  2. Click Connect Account
  3. Choose your email provider:
    • Gmail
    • Outlook
    • Yahoo
    • SendGrid
    • Mailgun
    • AWS SES
  4. Complete the authentication flow
  5. Your account appears in the connected list

Creating a Campaign

  1. Switch to the Campaigns tab
  2. Click New Campaign
  3. Configure your campaign:
    • Campaign Name — Internal name for reference
    • Subject Line — What recipients will see
    • Email Content — Your message body
    • Recipient List — Upload or enter manually
  4. Preview your email
  5. Schedule for later or send immediately
  6. Click Launch Campaign

Managing Campaigns

From the Campaigns tab, you can:

  • View active and completed campaigns
  • See engagement metrics per campaign
  • Pause or edit running campaigns
  • Duplicate successful campaigns as templates
  • Delete campaigns you no longer need

Tracking Engagement

Monitor campaign performance in real-time:

  • Opens — See when and how many times emails were opened
  • Clicks — Track which links are getting attention
  • Replies — View and respond to incoming replies
  • Bounces — Identify undeliverable addresses
  • Unsubscribes — Track opt-outs

Email Best Practices

  • Personalize — Use recipient names and relevant details
  • Clear subject lines — Make them specific and compelling
  • Mobile-friendly — Most emails are read on mobile devices
  • Call to action — Include a clear next step
  • Test first — Send test emails before launching
