Overview

The Outreach page allows you to manage outbound calling campaigns with real-time call transcription, analytics, and performance tracking.

Dashboard Metrics

Your Outreach dashboard displays key performance indicators:

Metric Description
Total Calls Number of calls made
Booked Demos Successful demo appointments scheduled
Average Call Duration Mean length of your calls
Success Rate Percentage of calls achieving their objective

Starting a Call

  1. Click Outreach in the sidebar
  2. Click Start Calling
  3. Enter the contact's phone number
  4. Add the contact name (optional but recommended)
  5. Specify the call purpose (optional)
  6. Click Call to initiate

During the Call

While on a call, you have access to:

  • Live Transcript — Real-time transcription of the conversation
  • Call Duration — Timer showing how long the call has been active
  • AI Suggestions — Prompts and talking points based on the conversation
  • Notes — Space to take notes during the call

After the Call

  1. Review the complete transcript
  2. Update the call outcome (e.g., "Demo Booked", "Follow-up Required", "Not Interested")
  3. Add any additional notes
  4. Schedule follow-up actions if needed

Call History

Access your complete call history to:

  • Review all past calls
  • Filter by date, status, or outcome
  • View full transcripts
  • Track follow-up status
  • Export call data

Tips for Effective Calls

  • Prepare context — Review contact information before calling
  • Use the transcript — Reference key points mentioned during the call
  • Log outcomes immediately — Update call status right after hanging up
  • Schedule follow-ups — Don't let leads go cold
