Overview

The Command Center is your home page in Cloud Platform. It provides a customizable dashboard where you can monitor key metrics, track active tasks, and quickly access common actions.

Available Widgets

Widget Description
Quick Actions Shortcuts to start common tasks
Active Tasks Monitor running automations in real-time
Metrics Cards Display key performance indicators
Charts Visual data representations
Calendar Preview Upcoming events at a glance
Recent Activity Latest completed actions

Customizing Your Dashboard

  1. Click Customize or the gear icon on your Command Center
  2. Add widgets by clicking the + button
  3. Remove widgets by clicking the × on each widget
  4. Rearrange widgets by dragging them to new positions
  5. Click Save to apply your changes

Tip: Click Reset Layout to restore the default widget arrangement.

Dashboard Themes

Your Command Center layout is based on the theme you selected during onboarding:

  • Dashboarding Theme — Metrics-focused with charts, KPIs, and data visualizations
  • Task Execution Theme — Action-focused with quick tasks, activity feed, and automation shortcuts

To change your theme:

  1. Go to Settings → Preferences
  2. Under Home Page Layout, select your preferred theme
  3. Your Command Center will update accordingly

Quick Actions

The Quick Actions widget provides one-click access to common tasks:

  • Start a new automation conversation
  • Upload a document to Knowledge Base
  • Create a new email campaign
  • Start an outreach call
  • Run a research query

Monitoring Active Tasks

The Active Tasks widget shows automations currently running:

  • Task name and description
  • Progress indicator
  • Estimated time remaining
  • Click any task to view details
