Master the navigation, sidebar, workspace switcher, and platform layout.

Main Navigation (Sidebar)

The left sidebar is your primary navigation. Items appear based on your selected interests during onboarding.

Always Visible

  • Command Center — Your customizable home dashboard
  • Knowledge Base — Upload and manage documents/videos
  • Settings — Account and workspace configuration

Pinning Favorites

Pin up to 5 frequently-used pages for quick access:

  1. Click More at the bottom of your navigation to expand all items
  2. Hover over any page name
  3. Click the pin icon to add it to your favorites
  4. Pinned items always appear at the top of your navigation

Tip: Pinned pages persist across sessions, so your favorites are always accessible.

Workspace Switcher

Located at the top of the sidebar, the workspace switcher shows:

  • Your current workspace name
  • Your organization name

Click it to switch between workspaces if you belong to multiple, or to create/join new workspaces.

Header Bar

Located at the top of the screen, the header bar includes:

  • Search — Global search across the platform
  • Notifications — System alerts and updates
  • Theme Toggle — Switch between light and dark mode
  • Profile Menu — Account settings and logout

Theme & Appearance

Toggle between light and dark mode using the sun/moon icon in the header bar, or configure your preference in Settings:

  1. Go to Settings → Preferences
  2. Select your preferred theme (Light, Dark, or System)
  3. Changes apply immediately
